[It's never fun to get lost unless you choose to get lost in the first place. Especially in some mysterious woods in some unknown land, but at least the weather is nice and the sun is still out. Search far and wide, it's mostly a sea of trees with various animals and shadows roaming around. It's nice for now, but staying around at night might be an unwise decision.
There is an old wooden house hidden quite well in the woods. And a little girl on the ground in front of it, on top of a picnic blanket. Dressed like some kind of gothic princess yet she is busy with her hands instead of sitting around and being pretty. A repeated process of going through a basket, taking out whatever herb/flower/mushroom she grabs, crushing it down with various tools into pieces or powder, and putting it into small bottles.
She knows she's alone. If company stops by, then... She will just have to see what happens next.]
[ as alluringly elegant as forests can appear, Celes couldn't claim to be a fan of them. Well, she couldn't in full honesty. it was made all the more frustrating due to the fact that she had no idea where she was. as a result, Celes is rather indelicately grunting and cursing as she makes her way through the underbrush, hoping that her expensive, handmade shoes and skirt aren't being destroyed.
finally coming to a clearing, Celes prays she'll find something of use — an exit, a person who lives in this godforsaken forest who could direct her to an exit, anything. instead, she finds a rather dilapidated looking cabin and a young girl dressed in admittedly nice clothing.
Celes intentionally makes a good deal of noise as she approaches, so as not to startle the girl. it wouldn't be good if she ran away in fear — Celes would get no answers that way. ]
Hello there. May I ask if you're from around here? I seem to be rather lost.
[How curious. An outsider yet it doesn't appear that she has been harmed by the forest's creatures. A witch too? Looks like one, but Sieglinde knows witches by heart when she meets ones. It's just a normal human girl.]
Hello. How unfortunate that you got lost in a forest of witches.
[She wipes her hands, looking around to see if any others are here. Like her butler, who went off to go check on others. No luck of him anywhere.]
And the werewolves and other beings haven't got to you either. You should considered yourself lucky, miss.
Hm, well, I have trifled with the luckiest in the world and come out victorious, so I suppose my reputation precedes me once again. [ she'd play along for now. ] I take it that you, too, are a witch?
Correct. The lord of this forest, in fact. [celes, you poor soul.]
Mm... You possess great luck yet I can tell you have a selfish heart and dark thoughts. You have a strong spirit with a matching voice, but action will always speak louder than words. You are the type of person who loves to get what she wants, yes?
I'm sure you would like to leave, but my butler has not returned from duties with the other witches. I am not allowed to leave the forest or even get near the borders.
[She grabs on to the nearest tree, pulling herself up from her spot. Should be simple, but it is actually taking a lot work for her than it normally would for a person. Since she is standing (and struggling), it's noticeable on how extremely small her feet is... Small that she shouldn't walk or stand at all.
But she's grabbing some ring device that was off to the side and putting it on her waist. A snap of her fingers and the attached balloons suddenly inflates and she isn't struggling anymore.]
You may be a stranger, but it would be rude to outcast a lost lady and let the werewolves get to you.
gimme dat celes-san
